To maintain their longevity, we recommend coming in for touch-up appointments every 2-3 weeks to replace any lashes that have naturally shed and to keep your lashes looking full and beautiful.

Yes, lash extensions are safe when applied by our skilled technicians. We use premium materials and adhere to strict hygiene standards to protect the health of your natural lashes. Our extensions are lightweight and applied individually, ensuring that they won't damage your natural lashes when properly maintained.

How should I prepare for my lash extension appointment?

To prepare for your lash extension appointment, please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Avoid using oil-based products around your eyes as these can affect the adhesive. If you wear contact lenses, it's a good idea to bring your glasses for after the appointment. Lastly, feel free to bring any photos or ideas for the lash style you desire; our lash artists will be happy to consult with you to achieve your desired look.

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing DDG Professionals. We are committed to providing high-quality services and products to our clients. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below.

1. Appointment Deposit Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of ₱1000 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit ensures your booking and is deducted from the total balance due after your session.

  • No deposit, no appointment: Without the deposit, appointments cannot be secured or confirmed.

2. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

  • Advance Booking Requirement: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours before the desired date. Same-day or on-the-spot bookings are not permitted.

  • Late and No-Show Policy:

    • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be marked as cancelled.

    • Late Arrivals: A late fee of ₱250 will apply for clients arriving past the scheduled time within the 15-minute grace period.

    • Cancelled Appointment or No-Show: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late or do not attend your appointment, it will be considered cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Rescheduling and Changes to Appointments

  • Notice Requirement: Clients are required to provide 48 hours’ notice for any changes or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients and avoid additional fees.

  • Rescheduling Fee: A fee of ₱350 will apply for rescheduling if 48 hours’ notice is not provided.

4. Cancellations and Forfeiture

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Strict No Refund Policy: All cancelled appointments and no-shows are non-refundable. The deposit will not be returned under these circumstances.

5. Product Refunds and Returns

  • Physical Products: All sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not allowed once the product has been shipped, except in cases of defective or damaged items. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

6. Failed Deliveries or Unaccepted Packages

  • Customer Responsibility: If you are unable to accept the package upon delivery and it is returned to us, we may charge additional fees for re-delivery. As we shoulder the shipping fees upfront, failure to pick up the package results in wasted resources, which we aim to avoid.

  • No Cancellation/Return/Exchange: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not permitted. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Responsibility: DDG Professionals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

  • Claims: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information to file a claim. We are happy to assist you in locating your package but cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen items.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In cases where packages are returned due to address errors, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
