Contact: You must contact us at @ddgblstudio within 3 days of your lash application to report any issues.
Evidence of Lash Loss: You are required to keep some of the lost lashes to show to our lash artist as proof.
Repair Appointment: If a repair is needed, it must be scheduled within 4 days of the original appointment. Any appointments beyond this period will void the warranty as natural wear and tear will have progressed.
3. Infills and Maintenance Recommendations
Why Infills Are Necessary: The average person has 90-120 lashes per eyelid and naturally sheds 2-5 lashes per day. This natural shedding accumulates over time.
Suggested Infills Timeline:
End of Week 1: You may lose up to 21 lashes.
End of Week 2: You may lose up to 42 lashes.
End of Week 3: You may lose up to 63 lashes.
Recommended Schedule: We advise booking an infill appointment 2-3 weeks after your initial application. Waiting over 4 weeks may require a full set replacement due to the number of lashes lost.
4. Appointment Reminders
Health and Safety: If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.
Preparation:
Makeup-Free: Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
Remove Contact Lenses: We recommend removing contact lenses or prescription glasses prior to your service.
